Ingredients

1packageH-E-B Fresher Lasting Chunky Guacamole Kit,

1/2(3 oz.) canHill Country Fare Fried Onions,

1(8 oz.) packageshredded H-E-B Mexican Blend or Jalapeño Jack Cheese,

1(12 oz.) packageH-E-B Fully Cooked Beef or Chicken Fajita Strips, chopped,

12Tia Rosa Corn or Flour Tortillas,

1cupH-E-B Fresher Lasting or jar Salsa,

Directions

1Prepare guacamole according to package directions and set aside. Combine onions, shredded cheese and chopped fajitas in a medium-size bowl; toss and set mixture aside.

2Heat a large skillet or griddle over high heat for 3 minutes. Place 2 to 3 tortillas on hot skillet and heat for 1 minute. Turn tortilla over and scoop 1/3-cup fajita mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold each tortilla in half and heat for 1 minute. Turn quesadilla over and heat 1 more minute or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.

3Cut each quesadilla in half and serve with H-E-B Fresher Lasting Guacamole and Salsa
