1container(8 oz) lowfat apple yogurt,

1cupApple and Cinnamon Toasted Oats,

Directions

1Wash and cut apple into slices. Remove seeds and chop into bite-size pieces.

2Combine apple pieces and yogurt in a medium-size bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

3Before serving, add Apple and Cinnamon Toasted Oats cereal and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
