Broiled Ham with Honey-Mustard Glaze

1 to 1 ¼ lb.ham steak, cut 1/2-inch thick,

2green onions, chopped,

3Tbsp.honey mustard,


1Heat oven to broil. Line broiler pan with foil for easy cleanup. Chop green onions and set aside. Pat ham dry with a paper towel. Brush or spread half of mustard over top of ham. Broil on a rack over a baking sheet 3 to 4 inches from heat source 4 minutes. Remove from oven; turn ham and spread with remaining mustard. Broil second side 4 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 4 portions. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
