1pkg.H-E-B All Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts,

•Ottavio Extra Virgin Sicily Olive Oil, and red grapes, halved,

2Tbsp.Adams Reserve Garam Masala,


1/2c. dicedcelery,

1/2c.slivered almonds,

1/2red onion, diced,


1Flatten chicken to even thickness. Coat chicken with small amount of Ottavio Sicily Olive Oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Heat skillet over medium heat, add just enough additional oil to coat bottom of skillet. Cook chicken until juices run clear (165°F). Set aside to cool.

3Once cooled, cut into cubes.

4Add grapes, celery, onion, almonds and Garam Masala, and mayo. Blend well. Let cool for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with toasted or grilled pita bread.
