Ingredients

1canHill Country Fare refrigerated biscuits,

20H-E-B hickory smoked mini sausages,

1c.H-E-B More Fruit apricot or peach spread,

2Tbsp.H-E-B dijon mustard,

*no-stick cooking spray,

Directions

1Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.

2Cut each biscuit in half and flatten into a 3-inch round. Place a small sausage in each, roll like a taco, and place seam side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

3Meanwhile, combine fruit spread with mustard in a small bowl and serve as a dipping sauce. You can serve these hot or cold.
