2Hill Country Fare boneless skinless chicken breasts,

¼c.H-E-B onion & chive cream cheese spread,

4slicesH-E-B pre-sliced fat free black forest brand ham,

½c.H-E-B shredded swiss cheese,

1pkg.Hill Country Fare seasoned baking mix for chicken,


1Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap on a cutting board. Flatten chicken breast with a rolling pin to ¼-inch thickness. Cut each breast in half lengthwise, and place on a sheet of foil.

2Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil, spray with no-stick spray, and set aside.

3Spread each chicken breast half with 1 tablespoon Onion & Chive Cream Cheese. Place a slice of ham over cream cheese, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese. Roll up chicken breasts like a jelly roll, spray with no-stick spray. Press each chicken breast roll in seasoned chicken baking mix. Place on prepared baking pan, bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F. Serve with your favorite chicken gravy, if desired.
