Ingredients

2 bags (8.5 oz.) H-E-B french baguettes artisan bread,

⅓ c. H-E-B mayonnaise,

⅓ c. H-E-B reduced fat crumbled feta cheese,

2 Tbsp. H-E-B olive tapenade,

6 H-E-B Texas Heritage® beef hot dogs,

2 c. Central Market™ Organics herb garden mix,

1 c. thin sliced Hot House cucumber,

4 thin slices red onion, rings separated,

Directions

1 Prepare baguettes according to package directions. Cut 2 baguettes in half lengthwise, then cut each into 3 sections.

2 Combine mayonnaise, crumbled Feta cheese, and olive tapenade, cover. Refrigerate until ready to assemble sandwiches.

3 Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Grill H-E-B Texas Heritage® Beef Hot Dogs for 5 minutes, turning over twice during grilling time.

4 Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on each baguette. Arrange ½ cup salad mix, cucumber slices, and onion rings on bottom baguette half. Top with grilled hot dog and other baguette half.
