1(2 lb.)flat iron or sirloin steak,
2Tbs.H-E-B Texas Originals™ Steak Seasoning,
1sweet yellow onion, peeled and cut into 8 wedges,
1red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed and cut into thin strips,
1med.zucchini, cut into ½-inch slices,
2portobello mushrooms, cut into ½-inch strips,
1Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Spray a vegetable or mesh grill rack with nonstick spray and set aside on a baking sheet.
2Season steak with 1 teaspoon steak seasoning and set aside.
3Spray vegetables with olive oil nonstick spray, place in a zipper bag, and season with remaining tablespoon of steak seasoning.
4Grill steak directly on grill rack for 8 minutes per side. After turning the steak over, begin grilling vegetables on the prepared grill or mesh rack. Vegetables should be turned after 4 minutes and grilled 4 more minutes or to desired degree of tenderness.
5All steak to rest 2 to 3 minutes before cutting it into bite-size pieces. Combine sliced steak and grilled veggies on a large plattter and serve. Place frilled toothpicks in a small glass beside the platter.
