1c.Cookwell & Company Hatch Verde Tortilla Soup ,
1Tbsp. Roberts Reserve Latin & Lime Seasoning ,
2c.any shredded cheese, for topping,
2-4lbs.chicken breasts ,
1/2c.chopped fresh cilantro, for topping,
1Preheat oven to 400F.
2Place chicken breasts into an oven safe Pyrex dish, season each with Adams Rub. Cover each breast with Cookwell Hatch Verde Tortilla Soup, and place into the oven and cook for 15-20min (Or until internal temp is 16 5F.
3After chicken is cooked, remove the dish from oven and top chicken with cheese and place back into the oven until cheese is just browned.
4 Top with fresh cilantro.
