Texas Tilapia Fish Tacos

Ingredients

4 (6 oz.)tilapia filets,

1 tsp.cayenne pepper,

1 tsp.paprika,

1 tsp.salt,

1 tsp.black pepper,

2 Tbsp.fresh lime juice,

1 Tbsp.olive oil,

1cucumber, sliced,

8corn tortillas,

1 c.fresh cilantro leaves,

1 c. plain greek yogurt,

*lime wedges,

Directions

1Heat grill to High. Oil the grill.

2Season fish with cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place on hot grill until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and break into pieces. Set aside.

3In a medium bowl, combine lime juice and oil. Add cucumber slices and toss to coat.

4 Serve fish in tortillas with cucumber, cilantro, plain Greek yogurt, and lime wedges.
