1 (10 ounce) packagefrozen spinach, thawed & well drained,
1/4whole wheat bread crumbs,
1 poundstenderized flank steak,
5 wooden skewers,
1Preheat grill to Medium.
2Combine spinach, feta, breadcrumbs, and thyme in a bowl.
3Place tenderized flank steak flat on a clean cutting board. Spread filling evenly over steak.
4Starting from one end, roll up the steak. Insert a wooden skewer through the roll at every 1?-inch interval.
5With a sharp knife, cut the roll into 6 equal portions between the skewers.
6Place on grill and cook 12 to 14 minutes.
