Ingredients

1bunch torn kale leaves,

1Tbsp.oil,

2sliced garlic cloves,

1/2c.water,

4large eggs,

*salt to taste,

*hot sauce to taste,

*tortillas,

Directions

1Simmer kale leaves, oil, garlic cloves,water, and salt to taste, covered, until tender (around 30 minutes).

2Serve in tortillas with eggs cooked to preference and hot sauce.
