1Tbsp.olive oil,

1(8 oz.) pkg.mushrooms, sliced,

2clovesgarlic, chopped,

1(16 oz.) pkg.Central Market Organics 100% Whole Wheat Gemelli, cooked,

1cntr.H-E-B Yellow Soup,

1/4c.greek yogurt,

2c.low sodium chicken broth,

2c.H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese,

1/2c.shredded parmesan cheese,


1In a large saute pan, heat oil and saute mushrooms and garlic together.

2Add to the cooked pasta.

3In a separate pot combine yellow soup, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, and Mexican blend and Parmesan cheese over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce begins to thicken.

4Pour over pasta and mushroom, and stir gently. Serve immediately.
