Ingredients

1/4c.Texas pecans,

1bunchcilantro, chopped,

2c.spinach,

1clovegarlic,

2Tbsp.olive oil,

1/4c.parmesan cheese,

5c.cavatappi pasta, cooked according to package directions,

Directions

1Combine all ingredients except pasta into a blender and blend until smooth.

2Cook pasta according to package directions. Strain then return to the pot.

3Mix 1 oz pesto into 1 cup pasta while still warm.

4Serve immediately.
