1/2c.2% shredded cheddar cheese,
1lb.frozen spinach, thawed & drained,
1refrigerated 9" pie crust,
2-3slicesreduced sodium ham, chopped,
1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2Unroll pie dough into a 9-inch pan and press down firmly. Poke holes in the bottom crust with a fork. Place pie pan with uncooked dough on a baking sheet (to make it easier to handle).
3In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into the crust.
4Place baking sheet with filled crust in oven and bake 50 minutes or until quiche has set. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
