1/2 tsp.dried thyme,
4(4 oz. each)lean pork chops,
1/2tsp. eachsalt and black pepper,
1In a small bowl combine juice, garlic and thyme. Set aside.
2Heat oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sauté 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
3Add juice mixture to pan and reduce for 3 minutes.
4Return chops to skillet and heat through. Serve immediately.
