1lb.flank steak, trimmed,
1Tbsp.ancho chili powder,
1Combine all ingredients in a large zip top bag and marinate for 1 hour.
2Lightly spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
3Grill flank steak on each side for 4 minutes.
4Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
5Serve with fresh greens or steamed veggies.
