Ingredients

1(15 oz.) can H-E-B Refried Beans (nonfat), heated,

1 1/2Tbsp.chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce,

8H-E-B Baked Tostadas,

2Tbsp.crumbled cotija cheese,

1/2avocado, peeled, cored, sliced,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Pico De Gallo,

1/4c.chopped cilantro,

1lime, quartered,

Directions

1Combine beans with chipotle peppers in a mixing bowl.

2Spread 2 Tbsp. of bean mixture on each tostada and sprinkle with Cotija cheese.

3Top with avocado slices, pico de gallo, and cilantro. Add a squeeze of lime juice and serve.
