Ingredients

3c.H-E-B Mootopia 2% vanilla milk,

1c.steel cut oats,

1/2 tsp.salt,

1/4c.brown sugar,

*fresh berries,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Place a large saucepan over Medium heat. Add milk and oats. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 6 minutes.

3Spoon oatmeal into 4 oven-safe bowls, ramekins, or coffee mugs. Sprinkle salt and brown sugar over oatmeal.

4Place bowls on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 4 minutes or until sugar has melted.

5Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.

6Serve with fresh berries.
