3/4lb.lean ground beef,
1clove garlic, chopped,
1/2 tsp.ground cumin,
1/2 tsp.ground fennel,
1/4 tsp.ground ginger,
1/4 tsp.chopped parsley,
1c.H-E-B Greek Yogurt,
1clove garlic, minced,
4whole wheat pitas,
1Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and mix just until combined. Form into 8 equal patties.
2Heat a large nonstick skillet on Medium-High and coat with cooking spray. Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. You may need to do this in stages.
3Prepare sauce by incorporating yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl and whisking.
4Cut each pita in half, stuff with one patty, and spoon in sauce. Add lettuce and tomato as desired.
