Ingredients

4medium baking potatoes, baked,

2c.frozen broccoli, cooked,

1/2shredded Mexican Blend Cheese,

1c.diced cooked chicken (rotisserie),

1/2c.nonfat Greek Yogurt,

1/2c.milk,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Score the top of the baked potatoes with a knife. Scoop out pulp, place in a bowl, and combine with remaining ingredients.

3Stuff potato shells with the mixture and bake 30 minutes. Let potatoes stand 10 minutes before serving.
