Ingredients

1lb.salmon fillet,

1orange, sliced,

1/2Tbsp.honey,

1/2Tbsp.balsamic vinegar,

1/2Tbsp.olive oil,

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place salmon fillet on a foil lined baking sheet.

2Slice oranges very thin and set aside. Combine the honey, oil, and balsamic vinegar together in a small bowl.

3Brush mixture onto salmon, and then place the orange slices over the salmon.

4Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Serve immediately.
