1pkg. raw turkey breast cutlets,

4reduced fat mozzarella cheese sticks,

4slices lean, low-sodium ham,

1apple, sliced,


1Lay the sliced turkey breast cutlets out flat on a clean surface.

2Layer in 1 slice of ham per cutlet, a cheese stick lengthwise, and a few apple slices.

3Roll the turkey cutlets up and secure with a tooth pick.

4Bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
