80large toasted pecan halves,
1Combine cream cheese with cinnamon and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.
2Transfer cream cheese mixture to a plastic zip-top bag. Cut the corner of the bag and pipe the filling out onto 40 of the pecan halves. Then top each with another pecan to form a sandwich.
