1lb.Uncle Chris's Simply Seasoned Chicken Breast,
1bag Mann’s Broccolislaw,
1red bell pepper, sliced,
1Tbsp.ginger, fresh, grated,
1head romaine, butter, or iceberg lettuce,
1Slice chicken and bell pepper into thin strips.
2Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over high heat. Add in chicken and bell pepper. Sauté quickly for approximately 5 minutes.
3Add in the broccoli slaw and cook another 3 minutes.
4Add in the soy sauce, ginger, honey, and vinegar. Cook 3 minutes and remove from heat.
5Serve in lettuce cups.
