2c.H-E-B Shredded Cabbage,
1/2red onion, sliced thin,
4rolls or buns,
1Combine cabbage, red onion, lime juice, Greek yogurt, and cilantro in a medium size mixing bowl. Cover slaw and set aside.
2Place a large nonstick skillet over Medium-High heat. Add oil and heat. Season tilapia with salt and pepper. When oil is hot, carefully place fillets in skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove and place on rolls.
3Top with citrus slaw and serve.
