Ingredients

2bake shop rounds,

2oz.low sodium ham,

4eggs,

1/4c.shredded fat-free cheddar cheese,

4Tbsp.salsa,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Gently toast bake shop rounds on a foiled sheet pan then remove and set aside.

2In a nonstick pan over medium high heat, cook the Canadian bacon, remove, then gently scramble the four eggs. Season with pepper.

3On each toasted round place a spoonful of salsa then ham, eggs, then cheese. Place back in the oven and bake until cheese is melted.

4Top with more salsa if desired and serve.
