2tsp.apple cider vinegar,
4slices marbled rye bread,
4slices roasted turkey breast, two slices per sandwich,
4slices swiss cheese, one slice per sandwich,
1Make dressing: whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, relish and vinegar together in a small bowl.
2Spread dressing on 1 side of each slice of bread. Build each sandwich with 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese and 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and top with second slice of bread dressing side down.
3Melt butter in a large non-stick pan over Medium-High heat. Carefully place each sandwich in the pan. Cook sandwich turning once until crisp on both sides. Remove from skillet and serve.
