1each onion, zucchini, squash, and carrot, sliced,
2c.cooked white rice,
1Bring a large sauté pan to High heat. Add both oils and beef, and cook 5 minutes.
2Add remaining ingredients and cook 12 minutes, stirring often, or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are fork tender. Serve over rice.
