Apple Crepes With Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Ingredients

4green apples, sliced,

2Tbsp.butter,

2Tbsp.brown sugar, divided,

*pinch ground nutmeg,

1c.heavy cream,

1 tsp.cinnamon,

1pt.blackberries,

1lb.plain crepes,

Directions

1In a medium sauté pan over Medium heat, add apples, butter and 1 Tablespoon brown sugar. When apples are hot, stir in nutmeg and cook 10 minutes. Remove and cool.

2While apples cool, place heavy cream in a large bowl. Add remaining sugar and cinnamon. Mix on high until whipped cream has stiff peaks.*

3Place cooled apple mixture on crepes and gently roll up. Once rolled, spoon any leftover liquid over crepes and top with cinnamon whipped cream and blackberries.
