1lb.Extra Lean Ground Beef (90% lean),
1/2 tsp.dried parsley flakes,
1/2 tsp.dried basil,
4cloves garlic, crushed,
1/4 tsp.each salt and pepper,
6crackers, finely crushed,
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Line a baking sheet with foil (shiny side down).
3Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly mixed.
4Form into 1 1/2-inch balls using 2 Tablespoons beef mixture per meatball.
5Place meatballs on baking sheet allowing 1-inch space in between for even cooking.
6Bake 20 minutes on center rack. Meatballs will brown and will not need to be turned.
