1 1/3c.H-E-B Espresso Cafe Ole, extra-strong brewed,
1 1/4c.Hill Country Fare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips,
3/4c.H-E-B Heavy Cream,
1can (7 oz.) Hill Country Fare Real Dairy Whip Cream ,
1Prepare cake mix according to package directions using extra-strong coffee instead of water. Cool cake as directed.
2Make ganache: melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with cream in a saucepan over Low heat. Pour mixture into bowl. Cool 20 minutes. Whisk chocolate mixture to thicken.
3Place cooled cake on cake platter. Spread ganache over cake starting from the top. Place in freezer 10 minutes to set icing. Slice cake into 12 slices with an electric knife and top with whipped cream, if desired.
