3Tbsp.red wine vinegar,
1 1/2lbs.top sirloin steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes,
1red bell pepper, cut into chunks,
1-2medium onions, cut into chunks,
1pt.whole white button mushrooms, sliced,
1Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Add cubed meat and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to an hour (or longer).
2Soak skewers in water 30 minutes.
3To assemble kabobs, add alternating items onto skewers repeating order, with a little space between items.
4Preheat grill to Medium-High. Grill kabobs 8-10 minutes, turning often. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
