4(12 oz.) Steaks (Sirloin, Tenderloin, New York, or Ribeye),
1 tsp.Ottavio Reserve or Central Market Grapeseed Oil per steak,
1 tsp.Borgo de Medici Truffle Salt,
1Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
2Rub oil on both sides of steaks and set aside.
3Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to foam and turns a golden light brown. Add truffle salt. Set aside.
4Cook steaks approximately 4 - 5 minutes per side for a 1-inch thick steak (for medium rare). Drizzle brown butter over steaks. Loosely cover with foil and rest 5 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
