Ingredients

2Tbsp.canola oil,

1onion, chopped,

1pt.white button mushrooms, chopped,

2green bell peppers, sliced,

1Tbsp.chopped garlic,

1can (8 oz.) H-E-B No Salted Added Tomato Sauce,

1artisan baguette,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Heat a large skillet on Medium-High until hot. Add oil, onions, mushrooms, peppers, and garlic. Sauté 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce. Set aside.

3Slice baguette horizontally into 2 pieces and place on a baking sheet.

4Spoon sautéed mixture on both halves of baguette, top with cheese, and bake 10 minutes.
