2Tbsp.Adams Reserve Steak Au Poivre Rub,
1/2c.Global Palate Thai Red Curry Sauce,
1Tbsp.fresh mint, chopped,
1Toss meat with rub and oil; set aside.
2Heat a large skillet over Medium-High. Sauté steak 3 minutes on each side or until just tender.
3Add curry sauce, heat 30 seconds, remove from heat and top with mint.
