2Tbsp.Adams Reserve Peppercorn And Garlic Sear-N-Crust Rub,
1cntr. (5 oz.) H-E-B Blue Cheese,
1Marinate steaks in Garlic Molasses Marinade 1 hour. Remove steaks from marinade (reserve marinade) and season both sides with Peppercorn and Garlic Rub.
2Cook on grill until desired level of doneness.
3Remove from grill, cover in blue cheese, and bake in broiler until cheese is golden brown and melted.
4Heat reserved marinade in a small saucepan until thickened.
5Drizzle garlic molasses reduction over steaks. Serve and Enjoy!
