• non-stick cooking spray,

1lb.93% lean ground turkey,

1/2c.mushrooms, chopped,

1/2c.Global Palate Tangerine Miso Dressing & Marinade,

2Tbsp.Adams Reserve Asian Spice Rub,

8H-E-B Corn Tortillas,


1Bring a large nonstick skillet to Medium-High heat and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Add turkey, breaking up with a spatula and cooking 4-5 minutes until brown.

2Add mushrooms and sauté 4 minutes, until mushrooms soften. Add marinade and Asian Spice Rub. Stir all ingredients and remove from heat.

3Serve in a warm corn tortilla and enjoy!
