Miso Beef Stir-Fry

1 1/2lbs.lean steak,

1c.Global Palate Tangerine Miso Dressing & Marinade, divided,

1gallon size H-E-B Tough & Easy Zipper Bag,

1Tbsp.olive oil,

1bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Sugar Snap Stir-Fry, frozen,

1tsp.orange zest,


1Combine beef and 1/2 cup marinade in zipper bag. Seal, turn to coat and set aside to marinate 15 minutes.

2Heat a large skillet to Medium-High and add oil. Sear steak 1-2 minutes on each side. Transfer to cutting board, slice into thin strips, and set aside.

3Meanwhile, add stir-fry vegetables to hot pan. Stir and cook until heated through. Add beef and remaining 1/2 cup of dressing. Remove from heat and add zest. Enjoy!
