Ingredients

1lb.boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed,

1Tbsp.Adams Reserve Cajun Seasoning Rub,

1Tbsp.olive oil,

1c.fat-free evaporated milk,

1c.Canyon Foods Cajun Creole Sauce,

*rice, cooked (optional),

Directions

1Season chicken with Cajun seasoning rub.

2Bring a large skillet to Medium-High heat. Add oil, and brown chicken on each side approximately 5 minutes.

3Add evaporated milk and Cajun Creole Sauce; simmer 4 minutes.

4Remove from heat and enjoy alone or over rice.
