2Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
1garlic clove, minced,
1/4 tsp.ground cumin,
3H-E-B Prepared Vegetable Skewers,
1lb.sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes,
8wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes,
1Make marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, cumin, and salt in a gallon-size zipper bag.
2Add vegetables (removed from skewers) and sirloin to marinade, seal bag, and turn to coat all ingredients. Place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3Bring grill to Medium heat.
4Drain marinade. Alternate vegetables and beef on skewers until all 8 skewers are complete.
5Grill 5 minutes on each side with the lid and vent closed. Remove from grill and enjoy!
