Cilantro Lime Crab Salad

1cntr. (8 oz.)crab meat,

1/2c.H-E-B That Green Sauce,

1cntr. (2 oz.)pico de gallo, any flavor,

1cntr. (6 oz.)plain nonfat Greek yogurt,

•zest and juice of 2 limes,

1/3c.cilantro, chopped,

1/4 tsp.salt,

1/4 tsp.pepper,

4c.Central Market Organics Mixed Greens,


1Strain any excess moisture from crab and the pico de gallo in a strainer or clean cloth kitchen towel.

2Combine first 6 ingredients into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

3Add salt and pepper and either toss with greens or place salad on top of greens.
