1frozen H-E-B Pie Shell,
2c.broccoli florets, chopped,
1garlic clove, minced,
1oz.H-E-B Traditional Goat Cheese,
1 1/2c.H-E-B Real Egg,
1Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake frozen pie shell 10 minutes, until slightly browned. Remove and set aside to cool.
2While pie shell bakes, bring a medium non-stick skillet to Medium-Low heat. Add broccoli, garlic, and 1/4 cup water. Cover and steam broccoli for 3 minutes.
3Pour broccoli into pie shell and top with pea-size portions of goat cheese.
4In a small mixing bowl, beat egg substitute, salt, and pepper until foamy. Pour over broccoli and cheese.
5Bake 25 minutes or until center of quiche is set.
