Chicken Corn Gorditas

1/2lb.boneless, skinless chicken breasts,

4H-E-B Whole Grain Thin Rounds,

1/2c.H-E-B Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese,

1can (8 oz.) Hill Country Fare Green Chiles, well drained,

1small avocado, peeled & diced,

1/4c.H-E-B Jalapeño Salsa,


1Place chicken in a medium saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from pan, cool, and shred.

2Separate each Thin Round and fold like a taco.

3Fill with shredded chicken, cheese, green chiles, avocado and salsa. Enjoy!
