Ingredients

1lb.93% lean ground turkey,

1 1/2c.H-E-B Old Fashioned Oats,

1 tsp.salt,

1 tsp.pepper,

1/3c.button mushrooms, sliced,

1/4c.sweet onion, diced,

1can (8 oz.) H-E-B No Salt Added Tomato Sauce, divided,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2In large mixing bowl, combine turkey, oats, salt, pepper, mushrooms, onions, and 3/4 cup tomato sauce. Loosely toss together with your hands.

3Fill a 4 x 8-inch loaf pan with turkey mixture and top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake 1 hour. Allow loaf to rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
