*aluminum foil,

1/4c.pickled jalapenos, drained, chopped,

6oz.H-E-B Low Fat Whipped Cream Cheese,

1lbs.H-E-B Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts,




1Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with foil.

2Combine jalapeños and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

3Butterfly each breast to make a pocket. Fill with 1/4 cream cheese mixture.

4Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
