4H-E-B Naturals Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts,
1can (6 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained,
1orange bell pepper, finely chopped,
1large pear, chopped,
1-2serrano chilies finely chopped with seeds,
1Heat oil in a large skillet over Medium- High heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper place in skillet. Heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
2Combine oranges, bell pepper, onion, pear and Serrano chilies. Season with lime juice and salt to taste.
3Divide salsa evenly on each chicken breast.
