8H-E-B Corn Tostadas, crushed,
1/2c.H-E-B Specialty Series Southwest Marinade,
1/2c.crumbled cotija cheese,
1lime, cut into wedges,
1Heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking pan with foil, spray with cooking spray, and set aside. Place tostada crumbs in a shallow bowl; set aside.
2Brush both sides of tilapia fillets with marinade, then press in tostada crumbs.
3Place coated fillets on baking pan and sprinkle with cotija cheese.
4Bake 12 minutes or until tilapia is flaky in the center. Serve with lime wedges.
