Ingredients

• non-stick cooking spray,

12wonton wrappers,

1/2c.H-E-B Traditional Pizza Sauce,

1/4c.H-E-B Pepperoni Slices low-fat, diced,

1/2c.mushrooms, diced,

1c.bell pepper, diced,

1/2c.onion, diced,

3/4c.H-E-B Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place 1 wonton wrapper in each muffin cup. Bake 10 minutes.

2Spoon pizza sauce into each wonton cup, layer remaining toppings, finishing with cheese.

3Turn oven to broil. Broil 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
