Almond Parmesan Crusted Chicken

*nonstick cooking spray,

1c.H-E-B Real Egg,

1 1/2c.almonds, finely chopped,

1/2c.H-E-B Parmesan Cheese,

1Tbsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Seasoning,

4H-E-B Natural Bonless, Skinless Chicken Breasts,

1 tsp.salt,


1Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

2Create a dredging station with a shallow bowl with real egg and a second shallow bowl with a mixture of almonds, cheese, and fajita seasoning.

3Take one chicken breast at a time and coat in egg, and then dredge in almond mixture. Coat evenly and place on baking sheet.

4Bake 20 minutes, or until juices run clear. Salt and pepper to taste.
